Warehouses in the Savannah area are located in Pooler and Garden City,
inside Chatham County. Both locations are within easy access to I-95 and the
Savannah Port.
The warehouses in Pooler are off U.S. Hwy 80 in the Savannah Port Authority
Industrial Park, about 1/2 mile off I-95. We have 11 warehouses with space
ranging from 30,000 sq. ft. to 110,000 sq. ft. In Garden City,
warehouses are located in the Bourne Industrial Park off Hwy 307, just 1
mile from the Port. There are 5 warehouses - three 200,000 sq. ft. and two
210,000 sq. ft., with 1 warehouse subdivided into two 100,000 sq. ft.
spaces.Warehouses in Douglas are located on U.S. Hwy 441/221 in the Coffee County
industrial area.
The number and size of the warehouses at this location are: two 130,000sq.
ft. and one 90,000 sq. ft.
Warehouses in South Carolina are currently available in the Charleston/
Summerville area, near I-26 and U.S. Hwy 78 in Dorchester County.
We have warehouses located in the East Port Industrial Park on U.S. Hwy 78
within easy access of the first non-congested exit on I-26 from the
Charleston Ports. The three warehouses at this location are 50,000 sq.
ft.,110,000 sq. ft. and 170,000 sq. ft. The 110,000 sq. ft. is subdivided
into two 55,000 sq. ft. spaces. The 170,000 sq. ft. is subdivided into two
85,000 sq. ft. spaces.
All warehouses are pre-engineered, metal fabricated buildings and include:
office space with heating and air conditioning,
sprinkler system,
4 or more skylights per bay,
25' x 200' bays,
